When I went there was just 1 person before me picking up prescriptions. But a pharmacist promptly came for me and dispatched my prescriptions. Overall, it just took 2-3 mins, from me being in front of the pharmacy and paying and picking up my prescriptions. These people behind the counter are prompt, polite and efficient. I can't recommend this pharmacy more. P.S: This pharmacy takes GoodRx, so if you do not have insurance or your insurance does not cover prescription medication, try to find a GoodRx coupon and that would surely slash down the cost quite a bit.

Pharmacist Kevin and the techs there were super friendly and efficent. Thank you for all the help guys, I appreciate the consult you guys gave me about my prescription and the drive thru was fast!

I’ve been going here for several years now and in the beginning I thought they were superb and overtime I’m not sure what happened If they got an entirely different crew or different management but they just make plain sloppy mistakes or perhaps they need a new system but it always seems like I have to go out of my way to have my prescriptions filled plus they are stingier than other pharmacies when it comes to filling controlled prescriptions you can’t fill it earlier than 1 day and half the time they’ve got your stuff out of stock so here you are waiting for something you need to function and get every month for years at the same place and not only do they continue to put a limit on how early you can fill it but don’t even bother to have it in stock half the time. Their process of updating and checking up on prescription that are already delayed is pretty much non-existent. Why do I have to keep following up to have you guys do your job only on your end do you know when prescriptions are paperwork have come through so it’s really annoying when I come to get my prescription that’s already 2 days overdue to be filled just for them to tell me it won’t be available for 3 more days and low and behold, I get a notification 20 minutes before closing time it is ready to be picked up like what the heck. How does it go from 3 days to 3 hours. That means it must have already been in stock but as usual they just let scripts that are already overdue sit in limbo until you, the customer, have to bring attention to it yet again. The delayed scripts for whatever reason SHOULD be the priority why do I consistently have to wait longer than necessary and follow up on it to get taken care of. Whatever system you guys are using is not efficient at all and is extremely inconvenient for the customers. Get your stuff together for future customers; I think you’ve finally convinced me to take my business elsewhere.

Meijer pharmacy just doesn't seem to have it together. I always have problems with getting my prescriptions on time. If there is a problem with your insurance they will not inform you and just shut down the request. When pressed to get my prescription on time one of the main pharmacists were very rude and condescending. Other works apologize for their mistake and try to fix it, but if always takes hours. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is that MPerks gives you points for every prescription filled and you can get a store credit pretty quickly.

Pharmacists and techs are helpful, patient, warm and friendly. That is on top of the general impression I get that they are well trained and knowledgeable about the technical aspects of what they do. I've noticed that if there is something they cannot do because of insurance, medication shortages, etc, they are willing to take the time to explain what is happening and what the options are. Nice people, doing important work skillfully and offering great service males them my go to pharmacy.
