Over 9 yrs ago, I called a salon asking for the best groomer they had. My exes son's dog had such bad sensitivity to soaps. Ever since the dogs have never come home itchy. I've been bringing the dogs to Elaina and there is truly no one I trust more. She treats them like her own — gentle, patient, and incredibly attentive to every detail. My pups always come home looking beautiful and feeling happy, which says everything about the care she gives. She’s consistent, reliable, and has the kindest heart. After all these years, she’s not just our groomer — she’s family. We’re so grateful for the love she’s shown our dogs.

Amazing experience with Hannah today. Bud has, for years, been afraid of nail trims. One bad trim 4 years ago and he never forgot. Hannah trimmed Bud's nails in 5 minutes and before trimming him, took some time to get to know him and get him comfortable. Thank you Hannah for being such a caring person and for giving Bud a reason to walk out happy. We look forward to coming back again.

Hannah is incredible. We’ve been taking our elderly Shih Tzu mix to Hannah for quite some time. She is so patient and clearly cares for her clients. Hannah takes such good care of our spicy old lady and we appreciate her so much! Booking is easy, the online payment system is super convenient, the salon is always clean/smells great and the staff are kind. Highly recommend.

Luna had the best time at the groomer! She looks so cute and fluffy and clean and has a new bandana! She got lots of love and treats!

Took my Brody boy in looking like Chewy and I was nervous as he has separation anxiety. Elaina met him with open arms and sat on the ground to meet him! She assessed him and told me my options for his furry doodle hair! When I picked him up he looked absolutely handsome and best of all he could see! Thank you for taking such good care of him! He will 100% be back! Ps I just keep cuddling him and he smells so good and feels so soft!
