General dentistry and state-of-the-art care for the whole family
Very kind, patient staff. My kids always go here too and were treated well. They left smiling. I never had a dentist that would make sure I was comfortable and not in pain during dental work . This has been a new level of healing for me . Also they don't make me feel bad for the condition of my teeth because of not having proper dental care since childhood. I had such a good experience here. Dr Lukas and her assistant Riley were incredible. They communicate clearly, work in a timely fashion, and are most importantly very welcoming and fun. I am usually scared of the dentist, but I love it here! I live out of state for schooling and I will happily drive 6 hours back for cleanings or any work necessary. I was so unbelievably relaxed that I almost fell asleep during fillings! Super comfortable place, especially for someone who has experienced pain or miscommunication at previous dentists, Lulu will make you look at the dentist in a whole new light!
Today was my first visit and I was beyond impressed. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left. The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and I instantly felt like I was in a safe space. The hygienist was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything before the cleaning started. I was nervous but she eased by mind with her pleasant demeanor. Her attention to detail during the cleaning was amazing. I then was examined by the dentist. She has to be the sweetest dentist I have ever met. She was also extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this office.
ALWAYS a pleasant experience from the moment I touch the entry door handle to when I get in the car to see my brand new smile in the visor mirror! The team treats me like a baton in a 4x100 track race, where Julie gets the run started by flawlessly and efficiently checking me in. Then either Heather OR Lori gets my pearly whites all clean without hurting my gums and making sure that I’m not drowning in dental water by appropriately timing out when to vacuum, to when the star of the show, Dr. Lukas graces me with her teeth-caring swag. It doesn’t end there, though! I know my appointment isn’t complete without an appearance from Riley, Dr. Lukas’s #1 DA (Dental Assistant), who blissfully joins and supports Dr. Lukas as she makes sure my set of 28 (wisdom teeth extraction) are in tact. I always get a little emotional on my way out, as I leave with a heartfelt goodbye from the entire staff at the desk, reminded that it’ll be another 6 months until my next cleaning.
When you walk in the office it is clean and polished. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Dr. Lukas is professional and yet friendly which I appreciated. It helped put me at ease since the dentist’s office is not my favorite place to be. When I was asked about my current concerns I shared my situation and had questions; Dr . Lukas was genuinely interested in my answers and what I had to say. Very enjoyable visit.
