I called this law firm twice in the span of three days trying to talk to them to get some legal advice but the law firm has not called me back. This is not a good first impression. I’ve skipped over law firms in my search’s because a lot of the reviews were one star and a lot of um were about the firms not returning calls or not communicating with their clients. When I was told to get legal advice, I was told to get it asap. This firm wasted three days of my time, time better spent finding other law firms. Do not trust this law firm. They do not take their job seriously.

I spent a long time seeking representation for my BK case and I interviewed about a dozen different attorneys before I was lucky enough to find Atty. Kingstad. Out of all the attorneys I spoke to and interviewed, Atty. Kingstad was certainly the most honest, candid, competent and informative lawyer I met. I feel very fortunate having him represent me. I honestly felt slightly hopeless prior to making contact with Atty. Kingstad, but once I spoke to him my hope was fully restored and I hired him immediately. I have been working with him for over a month now and I have literally not one bad word to say about him - I have nothing but praise and compliments. And I make this next statement with no intention of being overdramatic or exaggerating my situation - I truly feel that Atty. Kingstad and his staff saved my life. I was looking at a pretty bleak outcome (losing everything I owned - my businesses, my income, and possibly even my home) before I spoke to Atty. Kingstad. Atty. Kingstad literally saved me from the aforementioned ruination and I am not even capable of adequately expressing in mere words how grateful I am to him. There is not a shadow of a doubt in my mind that I hired the right man for the job. If you are planning to file (or even considering filing) for bankruptcy, I strongly urge you to call the Kingstad Law Firm - you will not regret it. And more likely than not, you will hire him after you have had the opportunity to speak with him. He is that good.

Very intelligent, intellectual, and extremely helpful staff.. they do amazing things and really helped me get out of a bad situation. Absolutely recommend.worth every penny

A great experience from the beginning. Going into the situation, I didn’t know what to expect but Attorney Kingstad is professional, smart, and very understanding. He made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation and my gratitude for his knowledge and kindness is overwhelming. I highly recommend his services to anyone and everyone.
