I have been coming to Dr. King and his team for over 10 years now. Even with crosstown moves and relocation, I haven’t even thought about changing my dentist! His staff is always kind and compassionate. While I love going for a dental checkup (I know a lot of people don’t), the team always makes sure that every patient is comfortable and there is always a calm, tranquil vibe. Dr. King always answers my questions and has taken the time to get to know me over the last 10 years which is a reflection on the type of person he is.

Dr. King is a terrible, horrible dentist. He yanked my teeth out without explanation. He has a bad attitude that bordered on criminal. He caused me to bleed profusely resulting in a doctor visit in the emergency room at St. Lukes. Someone should check on his practice for actual major violations. One star is way too many. Help future people to avoid him (King) at all costs. Sincerely yours.

I have never been to a more unprofessional dentist in my life. I went in as a brand new patient for a cleaning. I was there for almost 2 full hours and the cleaning was not able to be completed due to some gum bleeding. I felt very discouraged as the hygienist told me that she would have to call in the doctor and repeatedly asked me where I was experiencing pain. I wasn't. Dr. King came in, hardly introduced himself, didn't shake my hand, hardly acknowledged me. Instead he rattled off things I would "need" to have done for the "pain" I was experiencing. His dental chair-side manor was majorly lacking. He then slapped his knees and said "Gotta go" and started talking to some random person walking by. I was very turned off by the whole interaction. Especially since this was my first visit. The hygienist then starting in on me "Tina, are you ok? He's not usually like this. He's a great guy." I felt very pressured and uncomfortable. She then walked me to the front, told the receptionist to schedule a future appointment and walked away. I immediately told the receptionist NOT to schedule anything further as I would be not coming back. I now received a "Dismissal" letter telling me that they can no longer offer me dental care and I need to go somewhere else. Like the interaction was my fault. I have never felt more disrespected. I was never planning on returning but the fact that they dismissed me is a joke. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

I've been through 4 dentists in the last 10 years, and I have finally found my "forever home". Dr. King is so quick and efficient (I had a filling done in 15 minutes!), the staff is so friendly, and they are always accommodating. Cleanings never feel dragged out, and I'm never told of anything "extra" I should get done. Would recommend King Family Dentistry to everyone!

I have been a guest at King Family Dentistry for several years and I have had an outstanding experience each time. I’ve previously struggled with being anxious and overwhelmed at other dentist offices. From the moment I walked into K.F.D., the staff was friendly and welcoming. The office was clean and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. King was professional, thorough, and attentive. I’ve had cavities treated, bi-annual cleanings and most recently Invisalign treatment with Dr King. Staff took their time to explain every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I appreciated the personalized care and attention to detail. The hygienist and support staff were equally wonderful, making sure that all my questions were answered and that I felt relaxed and well-cared for. Lastly, Nichole prioritizes insurance claims, making sure guests are taken care. Thank you KING FAMILY DENTISTRY! I will definitely be returning as a guest. Sincerely, Lorenzo
