I’ve been with the State Farm – Jon Fernandez Agency for about three years, and my experience has been nothing but positive. Charlie, who helped me when I first switched to State Farm and is still my go-to contact today, has been outstanding. He’s always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of my questions—sometimes quite a few of them! When our daughter was involved in a car accident, State Farm was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the process. They answered all of my questions promptly and ensured we received the funds owed to us quickly and without hassle. The customer service and professionalism have been top-notch from day one. Very bad experience with their customer service, provide by Alex Sandoval and their office staff who answer the phone, been trying to reach to reach to Mr. Fernandez but their staffing always overtalk,dish the call or ignore the concerns that I have. Mr Sandova isn't more than a price jerk and give me the impression of he is doing business under the table or just don't give a dime about the agency that he represent

I called and text for paperwork they never responded. But when I mentioned buying a new policy they reached out right away. Called to cancel homeowner’s insurance and car. Put in a request twice. I just stopped paying. There very slow when it comes to paperwork. I prefer automatic like geico progressive and allstate
