I am so impressed with State Farm. I worked with Cassie and she helped me understand in a very easy manor. The app is also very easy to use and actually shows me everything I need to know. I switched from the General to Joe Tamm State Farm and my car insurance went form 409 dollars a month to 183 with them. Full Coverage on my brand new car. Insane! Thank you guys for actually caring!

When it comes to customer service, Amber Melville at Joe Tamm - State Farm Insurance is unquestionably the paragon example. I needed to get into my State Farm account, but, in so doing, I also needed to change my password. That password change turned into a very long series of attempts to navigate the inscruitable process of changing the password. It was maddening. Amber, however, remained polite, calm, and even engaging during our efforts to complete my task. Nobel Prize and elevation to sainthood would still be insufficient reognition for her outstanding profesionalism, dedication to problem solving, and customer service. Thank you, Amber.

Katie H. is awesome to interact with. She is very timely with her responses and acts with a sense of urgency. She's always willing to help and listen to inquiries and requests that I have. She is resourceful and finds solutions to barriers she may encounter. Katie's communication is professional and excellent.
