I frequent this location and they are always friendly, quick, and do a great job! Nyjah made my sandwich today and it was the best sandwich I've received from here. It was fantastic. I'll continue to come to this location. I also appreciate that as a company they have gluten free bread options in two sizes as well.

I wish I could give this place a zero. First off the customer service sucks. The lady who was making our subs in the back was rude. She thew our sandwiches in the bag with an attitude. The guy on the register his attitude wasn't pleasant. We get the food home and the rosemary garlic bread wasn't fresh at all. We literally had to toss our food in the trash because we stay a lil out 5he way and we called and no one answered the phone. We go to the brookfield location quite often and never experience nothing like this. I will never come back to this location, I'll stick to our regular location which is brookfield. We spent 40 dollars and some just to throw it out. They need fresh bread, should not be selling that to no one.

My partner and I went here today and the staff was very rude. I ordered a #7 and asked to have it toasted to which the worker quickly responded that they don't have a toaster. I thought she was joking around so I asked if she would warm it up and she rudely said they weren't allowed to do that. I was taken aback by her rudeness but moved down the line. While paying I told another worker that I changed my mind about eating in and would like our sandwiches bagged to go (because I didn't want to spend anymore time around the weird, rude workers) and she rolled her eyes at me. I quickly paid, collected our food and left.
I know it doesn't seem like much, but their attitude was so offensive. I've been to other locations around the nation and have never been told they aren't allowed to heat up a sandwich. It was such a weird experience, especially since they heat up half of the sandwiches on the menu. All that's to say, I won't be coming back to this location after being treated like I was stupid for making that request.

We ordered and there was a little confusion and when my wife questioned it the man behind the counter said that's crap.. I asked and that's what you said. Even though we may have been misunderstood the attitude of the employee was uncalled for. The sandwich I received was the wrong order but was very good. Tables were not clean.

Big Kahuna Cheeses Steak: Jersey Mike's was founded back in 1956 as a family run storefront. The original location was on the scenic Jersey Shore. Jumping to 1975, a 17-year-old employee named Peter purchased the shop with a loan from his football coach (also a local banker). Since then, Peter has expanded to more than 2,800 locations and is still the CEO. Long story short, I almost always go with a cheese steak whenever I go to a sub shop. Jersey Mike's offers a few different cheese steak options, but I went with the Big Kahuna. The term comes from the Hawaiian word kahuna, which means "priest" or "healer". Big Kahuna is typically used today as an informal idiom that refers to the most important thing or person in a group, like the boss (or in this case, boss of the subs). The Big Kahuna sub comes with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, and extra white American cheese. Jalapenos are a love it or hate it topping. I side with the haters, so I ordered my sub without them. My sub had some weight to it and was also bursting with the amount of filing. The savory slices of steak, heaps of peppers/onions, and mound of melty white American cheese dominated the sandwich with the mushrooms being much less prevalent. I'm a true Wisconsinite in the sense that I can never have enough cheese and add it to many of the foods I eat. That being said, I was satisfied with the amount of cheese on this delicious sub. The miniscule amount of mushrooms aside, the Big Kahuna is Doughboy approved.
