Been a client for years and all of sudden I cannot get a response from my attorney. Sent an email to Attorney Kuechler about my ex-wife moving my kids to a different county without telling anybody, and the only response received was a copy of my current bill. Terrible service, terrible communication, and apologies to anyone I recommended to Jaskolski and Jaskolski.
Very poor morals and completely inconsiderate and arrogant. This firm represented my mom in my parents divorce. Upon calling Chris Keuchler to notify him of my moms death (he had also done her will and I needed the official copy) his first words were to me was “I’m sorry” followed by him proceeding to tell me that they were in the midst of a motion to take my dad back to court for more money. Who says that!!! I just told you my mom died and you want to bring up drama?!?! He admitted to knowing I had a complicated relationship with my mom and admitted knowing I had issues with the divorce handling and I felt bad my dad was being taken advantage of and yet again, he still chose to tell me there was a new motion in place to extract more money from my dad. Why would he do that? Was he trying to make a hard situation worse? He can’t act like he didn’t know my feelings because he admitted he did. The man is morally corrupt and unsympathetic. I was in tears on the phone with him. I wish I could say it was just him but upon having to make another call to their office, a female, I assume paralegal, told me ,when the motion came up about taking my dad back to court, that “we just do what our clients tell us to do”. She too knew my mother had died and had zero compassion. All they care about is making money off of people. They don’t care whether it is the right thing to do or not. They’re cold and inconsiderate.
