They're NEVER available to open an account. Literally you walk in and no one is able to help you, you have to make an appointment. Two ppl are working and they shew you away because they're short staffed. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Three ppl have told me the exact same thing. They don't want your business. Go to a bank that's there for you and willing to help.
