Stopped by House of Harley on the way to Sturgis needing a fix on my Street Glide due to a clutch issue, they took care of me super quick and got me back on the road at a fair price, appreciate it! Jon in service helped out with everything including sourcing another part I needed at another dealer on the way to Sturgis. Jon represents the type of old school HD dealer service that truly cares about customers and fellow bikers, give him a raise, he deserves it! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and had a great vibe, treated me like family. Thanks House of Harley I’ll be back for sure!!!

Great time watching one of Milwaukee's best bands perform! The Sociables had another super show and the House of Harley staff were very friendly and accommodating.

After over 18 years of not owning a motorcycle and missing it quite a bit I-finally had the opportunity to purchase one: wasn’t sure what I wanted at first but looking around online led me to the House of Harley. Upon entering o was welcomed by basically everyone but approached by Frank who was awesome. I would say because of him and the experience I purchased my first ever Harley which honestly thought would never happen. Glad I did because they made me feel like part of the family. Awesome experience

I recently purchased a 2024 Road Glide (White Onyx Pearl) from Frank at House of Harley-Davidson and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. Frank was incredible to work with. He stayed in touch the whole time leading up to the purchase—calls, texts, checking in, making sure everything was lined up for the trip. You could tell he actually cared about getting me the right bike, not just making a sale. We made a 14-hour round trip to pick it up, and it was absolutely worth it. When we got there, Frank went above and beyond. He walked me through all the features and electronics, answered every question, and even helped load the bike into the trailer and made sure it was fully secured for the long drive home. That level of attention doesn’t go unnoticed. While we were there, we met Elvis and Mark along with several others, and everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming. No pressure, just good people. The dealership itself is just as impressive—clean, well-kept, and a really comfortable place to spend time. Inside and out, everything reflects a high level of professionalism. On top of that, I got to check out all the merch and even walked away with a free t-shirt, which was a nice bonus. Overall, this was an outstanding buying experience. What an amazing experience for the purchase of my first Harley Davidson (and really any bike bigger than a dirt bike). I purchased my 2024 Street Glide after viewing it on their website which had a lot of pictures and information on the bike. I worked with Frank Colavita and most of the sale was done over the phone with the paperwork sent to me via FedEx. Frank was awesome. He answered all my questions and sent me additional pictures of the bike when I requested. The paperwork came via FedEx and directions of what to complete, where to sign, and what send back were easy to follow. Now onto the delivery/bike pick up. What an experience. They pumped up the music, made an announcement across the whole store, and almost every employee came by to say congrats. I’ll never forget it! I also want mention Jon the parts sales manager took great care of me and helped me get a few goodies for the new ride. I wish I could remember everyone’s names but I had a great conversation with Doug and many others. Even the store owner talked with me. When I’m ready for my next one. Without a doubt I’ll be coming back to House of Harley and their team!!
