We attended the carnival with our students today. We had a ton of fun. We found it well organized. The staff and participants was friendly and the facility was clean. It was a fun way to spend the day.
Our son, Mark Zweifel, has been receiving care through Helping Hands Community since last summer for both his daily living needs, as well as daycare program. He is developmentally disabled and nonverbal with various medical conditions. As his parents and guardians, we are very involved in decisions concerning our son, and have to say are very happy with the quality of care as well as the individual attention given to Mark through Helping Hands. It’s the best placement he has received – having been in three other programs previously. My son has autism, he is 27 and he has been going to the Helping Hands Community Center day program for about 5 years now. He loves it there! Both the activities and the staff that run it. I honestly don't know what we would do without the HHC program!
Helping Hands Community is a helpful, friendly, fun loving program. We are informed of concerns when needed, which eases our minds. The site, is big and spacious giving every client their space. Fun activities go on every day for Kev and his friends. We love the program and the staff! Bob and Pat Bade
