I gifted my mother an appointment at this establishment and went there in person to inquire about their services; the receptionists were very friendly. On the day of the appointment, my mother arrived, but after nearly 30 minutes, she was informed that the assigned massage therapist—who was supposedly "highly experienced"—refused to perform the massage due to the language barrier. They simply cancelled her appointment on the spot, stating they would see what they could do to reschedule. This behavior is deeply racist and demeaning—it was an act of RACISM! After all, when I originally booked the appointment, no one mentioned this requirement to me, and they accepted my money without any concern regarding my Latina appearance. In short, what was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon for my mother ended up being a humiliating and discriminatory experience.

This was my first time at Hand and Stone and I loved it! The customer service here is amazing and I felt super welcomed and comfortable. I believe I had Anthony as my masseuse and he did an amazing job. 10/10 recommend.

I've had two massages here, and the experiences were on opposite ends of the spectrum. The first with Mimi was great- relaxing and she got the chronic knot out of my shoulder. The second was disappointing- among other things, she started talking about her constipation that sent her to the hospital, and I didn't feel like the quality of the massage was worth the extra money I paid for a deep tissue. So I would recommend, but request Mimi or someone with good reviews

I’ve had quite a few good facials throughout the years, at different H & S locations. And last month I had a facial with Celia for the first time. And I have to say that this one was one of the best, if not the best facials I’ve ever had!!! Just beyond amazing! Celia is not only very professional & skilled but also very detailed oriented. She focuses not only on the whole face but the neck, shoulders & décolleté as well. She does not skip or forget any spot. I left not only very satisfied, but relaxed & my face was beautifully glowing! Already booked & looking forward to another facial with Celia. I love being a member of Hand & Stone and all the different varieties of services they offer.

I had one of Best massages! My neck and shoulders were so painful, every time I would turn my head cracking and grinding in my neck it was awful. This tiny little gal, called my name. I absolutely appreciate the question she ask so that she knew what to work on.. Wowzers, what strength absolutely amazing she worked my huge knots out No more cracking and grinding . Today I feel so good not sore an I slept great. Mimi was Awesome. The front desk was welcoming, very friendly. My experience was positive.
