I am not happy with how the doctor cut my nails for testing. Like idk what she was thinking. Then she clipped a toe nail that wasnt even a problem.

Had a scheduled yearly mammogram on a Friday at 4:00pm. This was my first time at this location. The check in was bland with no smiles and computers high so could not really see the person checking in. The technician giving me the mammogram was done for the day, for the week as incredibly irritable, crabby and impatient. She continued to ask about my specific religion and I said I did not know the answer to the question she was asking me. She was critical that I did not know. She was a bit rough and unfriendly while doing the x-rays. Needless to say I have never had an experience like this with a mammogram. I also was immediately asked to write a review that went directly to froedert and there was no response to the review which is similar to this review. Is all of Froedert mammogram locations like this? Then will go back to Aurora where was always treated kindly with compassion.

Today I had spine x-rays. I am a senior with arthritis. I had an issue when I went to change into a gown and pants for my x-rays. The bench in the changing room for sitting is way too low for seniors. After my x-rays I told the tech of my dilemma. She pulled a chair with arms into the room. Much easier to be able to sit when changing clothes. I don't remember the techs name. I would like to thank her.

I recently had my first MRI, and I was lucky enough to have Chuck assisting me. He was incredibly professional and made the entire experience much more comfortable than I expected. He took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and helped me feel at ease throughout the procedure. I really appreciated his calm and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend Chuck! We were scheduled for a medical assistant for an injection for my son our appointment was scheduled for 11AM but we were waiting for 45 minutes until a nurse was able to call us in at 11:45AM. If you guys set an appointment for something that take 15min to get done we stayed over an hour. If an appointment is scheduled then you guys should honor it or just tell us what time is best suitable so we don’t have to wait that long. And the problem is I was waiting in the car with my other baby for over an hour. Please next time if you guys can’t honor the appointment don’t schedule it and give the patient a different appointment that can be honored so disappointed from them and this was not the first time we get delayed.
