I have worked with this shop for over four years. So I knew the quality of their work. So when I needed work done on my car and my insurance company gave me a list of approved shops, they were my first pick. They got me in quickly and got everything rolling. Told me what they needed to do and kept me well informed through the entire process, and got my car done ahead of schedule. A++ team. I got T Boned June 11th 26, again a wonderful job and added better door edge guards then what I had. Also got done a week early.

Carstar has repaired my vehicle 2 times now, and they done an outstanding job both times, I couldn't recommend them enough. They're very easy to work with, great at communicating, and extremely kind. They were with me when fighting insurance and making sure everything was done right, even when they had little to work with. They went over the top with all my repairs, made my car squeaky clean when I got it back, and overall provided an exceptional and outstanding service. Thank you so much Carstar!!

The team did an awesome job repairing my vehicle back to new condition! They detailed my vehicle so it was super cleaned when I picked up. West Bend Insurance also made this very painless. They worked hand in hand to get the vehicle fixed correctly. I would highly recommend this collision shop!!

CarStar in Greenfield was great to work with. You never plan to get in an accident and it can be a stressful time; however, working with the team at CarStar was easy. The communication was fabulous. I received regular updates via text about the progress of my repair as well as an estimated completion date. I never had to wonder what was going on with my car. The repairs were done ahead of schedule and we are very pleased with the outcome.
