If I could leave 0 stars I would. A blonde older hair stylist made false accusations about my son who does have special needs and said he hit her twice last time and kicked her. So when I went to take him the next time she said if he acted like that she would not do the hair cut. Mind you I sat in the chair with him and he did not hit or kick her. I will never go back to great clips and they are not welcoming. Poor service.

I visited this salon and showed the stylist a photo of the hairstyle I wanted. Unfortunately, she cut my hair extremely short — far shorter than requested — and completely changed the style. My hair is now ruined, and I’m very disappointed with the result.

The normal person that I usually work with wasn't there. Showed the picture of what I wanted to the person who was there today. She started cutting my hair. Asked me if I wanted my sideburns on after she already cut them. I said well, I showed you the picture. That's exactly what I wanted. She said oh she didn't remember what the picture was... and continued to do my hair. Haircut is nothing what I wanted. I guess I need to find somewhere that listens to what I want or find a permanent hair stylist somewhere else. It's going to take months to grow back what was taken off. Updated: I reached out to customer service as requested and never heard back from anyone after an initial email said the store would reach out.

Got my hair cut today and 3 years ago. I donated it both times to Wigs for Kids. Great Clips offers a free haircut for anyone donating their hair. This is the 4th time I have donated my hair. When I am ready to donate it again I will be going back to Great Clips. Great people, great service!
