We had a wonderful experience at Frontier Veterinary Urgent Care. From the moment we arrived, they got us into an exam room quickly and took the time to thoroughly evaluate our dog. The veterinarians and vet techs were incredibly compassionate, patient, and explained everything clearly. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cost—it was much more reasonable than I expected for an urgent care visit. One thing that really stood out was how thoughtful the staff was about my dog's reactivity to other dogs. Instead of having us struggle at the front desk, the vet tech brought a mobile credit card processor into our exam room so we could check out privately. That small act of kindness made a huge difference and showed how much they truly care about both their patients and their owners. I'm so grateful for the excellent care we received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Frontier Veterinary Urgent Care to anyone who needs compassionate care for their pet.

I was extremely impressed with my experience at Frontier. I was referred here by my regular vet when I had to put my dog to sleep that evening. The staff was super compassionate and went above and beyond. They explained everything answered all my questions. They let my husband bring our other dog in after to say good bye. They never rushed us through anything. A week later we received a card in the mail signed with kind message from the staff. This process is never easy but I felt so comfortable with complete stangers.

If I could give Frontier 3.5 out of 5 stars, I would. Otherwise, regarding the pros, I appreciated the tactfulness and care of animals that the staff had. I took my cat in recently, to be evaluated, and I appreciated the kindness the staff had with performing basic health tasks, even with requiring a little restraint of the animal in order to get the most accurate results. I also appreciated the fact that the staff wrapped my cat in a towel when taking him to another room for blood tests (which I hadn't seen enough from other vets, from my experience, and I think was what made the cat stay calm and even trust them enough to rub against their scrubs, afterwards (and I hadn't seen the cat do that to anyone (or even anything) in at least a couple days prior to the checkup)) (I did also write some cons but because Google reviews have a stricter character limit, I wrote the rest of my review on Yelp)

First time we went in, the staff was beyond amazing. Our pup needed emergency surgery. ALL STAFF WAS AMAZING!! But the best part was the follow up and after care. They would call and check in. See what her status was. How she was doing. It was as if they were checking up on their own dog. Amazing! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Bella thanks you too!

Frontier was so amazing! I did not feel judged at all when bringing my dog in. They made us very comfortable & explained everything nicely. Dr. Clare & Jasmine were so compassionate! I was very emotional and they were sure to give me time and space with my pup. I called them multiple times throughout the day and each time there were so understanding and gave me great updates! I could tell she was well taken care of when I picked her up at the end of the day! They sent us home with a thorough care plan & even called 2 days later to follow up. It was expensive, but this is totally to be expected with quick & proper care. They were so nice about making sure I could pay for it. Thank you, Frontier! Dominoe & I appreciate your care. ❤️
