I had a great experience at Fresh Coast Dental with Dr. Ahmed and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ahmed took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. The office is clean, modern, and well organized. I highly recommend Fresh Coast Dental to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate dentist and an amazing staff!

Since the rating system is out of 5 stars I'd rate them a 3.9 of out 5. The waiting room was on the small side and literally packed to capacity and I was called in over 30 minutes past my appointment time. I'm no dentist but I'd think you'd wanna end with a polish/brushing (whatever that rubber spinning tool is) instead of starting with it or at least do it at the beginning AND the end. After them scraping my teeth the area's that hard hard buildup felt rough instead of smooth. Also during the actual cleaning and scraping it felt like I was just another customer being pushed through instead of being diligent and having attention to detail. Other than that everything else seemed fine.

Title: I'd take a hard pass on this clinic. I wrote very highly of this clinic a few years ago. Their patient care was great and I really enjoyed it. But my last two experiences were very bad. Last time I went here I was waiting (I think over 30min?) even though I made an appt. Fine, it happens. I got in the chair they took x-rays (great!) then sent a hygienist over and she did very, very, very little. They usually use a color coded probe to measure your gumline to see how much its receded, that was not done. They also de-calcify your teeth with a scaler/ultrasonic scaler (the scrapey part no one likes) she only did it on a few front teeth. Then she opened the prophy paste to "clean" the teeth and all she did was tap my four front teeth. That's it. That's all folks. Then they RUSH RUSH RUSHED me out the door. No one was that friendly either...busy I guess? Whatever. All in all very poor experience. They sure did bill my insurance though, of course! I thought maybe a fluke, one off? So I sent my husband in with tooth pan (cracked tooth.) I made him an appointment and everything. He waited FOR AN HOUR still and they looked at it, took a x-ray and sent him on his way. To be fair he didn't have my HSA card for payment so I get that. The real problem is (besides the ridiculous wait time) when I asked him about the experience he said "I didn't feel welcome there." and "They rushed me out so quickly." and "I just didn't feel like they wanted me there." Before anyone slaps back, yes I have very healthy teeth. I still don't see this an excuse to not perform certain tasks; and I do know what I am talking about. I have worked in dental for 10 years and I've never ever seen this level of poor service before. Pass all, find another one. One that prefers quality over quantity in patient care. EDIT: After reading the reviews looks like this kind of stuff have been going on a for a year now, not sure what changed with this clinic but its a total bummer.

The team at Fresh Coast Dental was fantastic. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. The care I received was excellent, and the results were better than I expected. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at this dentist! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The front desk made check-in easy and stress-free, and the entire office was clean, modern, and comfortable. The dentist answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I was very nervous to get my wisdom teeth out but I truly appreciated how understanding and gentle Dr. Ahmed Alsallami was. He made a huge difference and completely put me at ease. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist.
