The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect vehicle for my needs. The car was spotless, well-maintained, and drove great. Today, around 4:00 PM, I spoke with an employee whom I believe was named Trent. I called to request a copy of my rental agreement because I needed it for my insurance claim. After I explained my request, he simply responded, “Oh, okay,” and abruptly ended the call before I had the opportunity to finish speaking or ask additional questions. The call ended so suddenly and loudly that it was uncomfortable to my ear. I found the interaction dismissive and unprofessional. This was the worst customer service experience I have had with this employee. I hope I do not have to interact with him again, either over the phone or in person. I understand that customer service can be demanding, and throughout our conversations I remained respectful. I expected the same level of professionalism in return.
Employees within this location display exceptional customer service skills . You are always greeted and made to feel as a valuable customer. With or without a reservation your wait time is minimal compared to other locations and prior experiences I've had. My daughter had introduced me to this location over a year and a half ago, I've have yet to return to the other locations.
Super customer focused! Best rental car customer service I've ever had! Cyrus was the best and made sure to take care of my needs as a customer, even when some things didn't go as planned.
