Excellent customer care! Damon was great!!! We needed a ride back home and return ride yo the store. Damon drives so safely and is very professional! It was a very stressful day suddenly needing a rental; however, the transaction with Enterprise was efficient and easy.
This is my 2nd rental from this wonderful location. Hands down beats the airport any day. The staff❤️...Kirsten,Ryan,Nate and Lindsay to name a few..are awesome to work with. So friendly & accommodating. And pretty much in& out. No hassles. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I will be renting my future vehicles from them for sure! I absolutely loved the customer service I received at the Greenfield location. Ryan was personable and patient. No issues with the rental car except the air freshener was overpowering. My return experience with Murphy was equally great - smile on his face and so nice. Thank you for a great experience - it is so rare these days!
The staff at the Greenfield, WI Enterprise were excellent. The vehicle was clean & provided me with a safe & comfortable ride. Pickup & return was quick & easy. I will definitely rent a vehicle from this establishment again!
