Exceptional care by testing staff- very patient with mom with short term memory care needs. Dr. Schumacher spoke professionally to her and able to get her eye condition understood. As a care giver happy to see her treated as a person not a third party in the room. Loyal patients over 20years and will continue to go so.
The doctor that I had was very helpful and explained everything in detailed. When it came time to pick out frames, Anita was the one that helped me. She was so personable and friendly which made that whole process actually fun for me. I appreciated her honesty when it came to the frames I picked out. If you go there ask for Anita. She will take great care of you and won't steer you wrong...
The staff here are great. I was able to see Dr. Buffington. She is absolutely wonderful. She has been the BEST with my RCE (recurrent corneal erosion). She puts me at ease and is very thorough in her examination.
On my most recent annual visit with Dr. Schumacher, I continue to be impressed with his extensive knowledge of the various types of contact lens and the fitting process. If you’re contemplating wearing lens and want the latest and best advice and care, he’s definitely the person to see. I’m also impressed with other doctors at this facility having seen some of them before being referred to Dr. Schumacher as their contact lens specialist. I would also like to add that this LensCrafters facility gives outstanding customer service in all their departments. The day of my appointment happened to be a particularly busy day with the employees having the added weight of being short staffed due to an illness. But even with this added stress the staff remained very personable and efficient. Although all the employees rose to the occasion, one employee named Sherri deserves special recognition. Somehow Sherri managed to take care of several customers at once, me being one of them, with out rushing me or skipping any important details. This is true employee dedication. I wholeheartedly recommend the Steinmart Plaza LensCrafters for all your optical needs. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
