True dental’s office was clean and friendly. We were 4 minutes late but they accommodated us with a proper warning about time. My granddaughter was pleased with her cleaning

if you are thinking about getting orthodontic treatment here, don’t. And if you’re already a patient and have signed their contract, pick a religion and pray. you will be wasting your money and time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here even if it was free.I’ve had my braces on for a little over 4 years. During my first year, the doctor quit and we didn’t have an orthodontist for about 7 months. They kept saying they would get a temp doctor, but when she did come, she pretty much just looked in our mouths and let the assistants retie us. I had a bracket off for 7 months. They also don’t tell you when starting treatment that the doctor is usually only in two days a week. If you’re in college or in a program like nursing or dental hygiene, you know you cannot miss clinicals or core classes. So if the doctor days fall on your clinical days, you basically won’t be getting treatment. At my second to last appointment before getting my braces off, my power chain broke and my wire became loose, so I pulled it out and called them to get it looked at. The dental assistant took the wire out and was going to leave it out, knowing my next appointment a month later was supposed to be for my debond. She wasn’t even going to ask the doctor if they should retie me or anything. She was going to let me walk out knowing my teeth could shift.When I saw the doctor, I brought it up to him and he immediately said, “Oh yeah, we can do a tie for you.” She never even asked him.I don’t know if she was a receptionist or what, but when I first came here this place wasn’t this bad. It has completely gone downhill and I would not recommend going here. There are so many better options.

I have 2 teeth removed one at a time which has made my pain on my left and my right side of my mouth disappear for good. And the more important thing is, yes. Now, I have 22 extra holes in my head. So to speak, but there are many teeth still in my mouth M. Yes, that is okay, because we have extra teeth. I was told by my dentist who is very skilled, very knowledgeable and the one thing I appreciate about him is he doesn't ask me questions. Why? He's got his hands in my mouth.

I haven't been to the dentist in a longggg time, actually since i had a procedure done! And i was able to get an appt the same week I called & I met with the same dentist Mr. Sulim from years ago! Everything flowed smoothly & I am on the right track in my new smile journey 🦷!!! Thanks again!

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Any copay costs are quite low and reasonable. I'm definitely referring any family and friends to DentalWorks of Greenfield. Thank you
