Dawn has high ethics and is very professional to work with. She was our agent as sellers, and was fair and impartial, pointing out the best interest of both sellers and buyers to us. Dawn explained the contracts to us, and advised us on every step of the process pointing out the pros and cons to all parties involved. She clearly did her homework and understood the contracts,( which can be confusing.) Our buyers were first time home buyers who were VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH, Dawn handled it with grace and professionalism, always explaining each term and condition to the buyers and their agent.

Dawn is AMAZING. I can't say enough great things about her. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Most importantly she knows exactly which questions to ask and how to help you best navigate the deal. Dawn has a TON of connections in and around the community so she's also an excellent resource for all the different scenarios that can come up when buying or selling a home.
