Update: I take my review back after buying a couple times from here. This time around I chose to get an order delivered... The going bananas for jello-o pudding that they promote does not look anything like the photos once it arrives. Be careful ordering through DoorDash delivery since the ones making your ice cream can mess up your order and you won't get a refund for it. We ordered a custom cake for Tuesday for my son's birthday and it was delicious. It was our first time ordering anything from Cold Stone and we will for sure be back for some more (:

I've ordered many many times in person before and have never been disappointed. The first time I order online and not only did I not get what I ordered but the size I ordered was wrong. I placed an order for a love it and they put a like it cup inside a love it cup.... very confused. Will I stop going to coldstone, absolutely not but lol I'll be ordering in person like I usually do from now on.

Our first time at this location and we were pleased with the experience. The staff was friendly and prompt! It was refreshing to have such good service.

I have to give this store 5 stars because of the fantastic custk.er service by not only the store employees but the owner as well. Had a cake made om Sunday, and when my wife and I went to eat it there was a taste of fruit in the cake (the cake was supposed to be fruit free due to allergies) I contacted cold stone and placed a concern, the owner reached out and offered me free ice-cream and coupons, I asked if I could get a refund for said cake instead if the freebies and the owner was very understanding and provided me with that refund. I ordered a new cake a couple days ago for today and it turned out perfect. Awesome customer service, very pleasant experience and very understanding with the situation. Will definitely be back. Just an FYI, if there are any allergy concerns and you make an order online, place in the notes for said allergy.

They just opened but it’s already the spot for ice cream dreams! The flavors are rich, creamy and addictive. I’ve tried their Surrender to Strawberry and Chocolate Devotion signature mixes and I was more than satisfied with it. The mixes are fresh and they don’t skimp at all! The customer service is amazing as well. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and fast. You can tell they care about giving you a great experience. I definitely recommend them because I’m going to come here often! ❤️❤️
