Everytime i call they are always helpful and easy to deal with, nothing bad to say. Helped me with homeowners and an auto claim. Smooth and not rate increase after the claims.

Chris has been my State Farm agent for nearly 5 years. I have always had an amazing experience whether I was updating cars, houses, or personal policies. He has walked claims through for me and gotten me documents that I needed in record time. Chris and his staff do a great job.

I talked to a very helpful agent, Chris, not the owner. She explained a lot of things to me that I never knew. Even though state farm couldn't insure me right now, they will be happy to in the future. I would give this place my business, not the other two. At least state farm is honest.

Chris and his team have been fantastic and very helpful with my insurance needs. They are prompt, understand your needs, and always get back to you.. plus are very friendly. Chris went out of his way when I needed a new roof on my house to help link me up with a contractor that could get it done quickly. Great group!

WORST office ever. the staff doesn't listen or follow through with requests. getting the insurance is simple. getting this office to call you back, send request to the under writing team or cancelling/ changing a policy, is not going to happen. I was insured through Jeff kress with state farm prior to his retirement and I can say Chris's office is terrible. I've choosen to cancle all my policies after 10 years with state farm because of Chris's office inability to use basic customer service skills, but because his office is incompetent and fraudulent my request to cancel my policies has not been processed or acknowledged after 3 weeks! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!
