I usually have great experience eating here. But today I found a fruit sticker in my food. This for me is not excusable. Just heads up to be tad bit more detail oriented on food prep.

I love cafe zupa. This location is good. Restaurant Clean, food good and fresh, line moves fast, staff is friendly and well put together. I like this location and the Brookfield location. I use to like the menomonee falls location but not anymore and no longer to there. And I’m closer to the menomonee falls location but drove 32 mins to this location just to get the overall experience. Keep up the good work yall.

I frequent Cafe Zupas in Greenfield quite often-- I usually dine in at least three times a week. The food is always fresh, made to order and delicious. In addition to that, It has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, which i think it is just as important as the quality of food. I have been going to this location for years, and the people there always make me feel at home, and over the years I am actually happy to admit that some of the employees there, and managers have become my friends, people who help me decompress after a long day at work. Dani, Chris, Trina and Keith- I believe they are all managers there, go above and beyond with their professionalism, knowledge, hard work and friendliness, and it shows each and every single time. Keith's sense of humor is top notch. Keep up the great work guys, and thank you for making Zupas the perfect place to grab a bite to eat and hang out.

My friends and I get together monthly for lunch and Cafe Zupas has been our restaurant of choice for month's now. The restaurant is clean, the service is quick and the food is delicious! I love that I get a free chocolate dipped strawberry with every meal. It adds such a nice touch! The Strawberry Harvest Salad is my go-to and I usually treat myself to a piece of Chocolate Layer Cake. The specialty flavored fountain drink/mocktails are tasty, too. And they usually change things up with some specialty item. I did try their Dubai Chocolate sandwich. Yum! And before I go, I pick up a lunch to take home to my mom because she enjoys their food, too! Turkey Avocado Sandwich and Lobster Bisque Soup for her.

Placed an app pickup and upon arrival we were told they were out of brisket, understandable enough but the other food items couldn’t be excused for. My salad didn’t have a bread roll but the butter was included, and the cheesecake speaks for itself. A plain cheesecake isn’t even a menu option and that’s what we got!! Had a good experience at the Brookfield location and wanted to give this one a shot, unfortunately it was disappointing this time. I’d give grace but it was dead quiet in there so the plain cheesecake and missing roll felt like them not caring to include it, hope this was a one off experience but I’ll be making the drive out to Brookfield next time I want Zupas!
