JD was an exceptional salesperson and Incredibly knowledgeable for the type of frame, mattress and pillow that I needed for my extensive hip and spine issues. He spent quality time with me and answered all my questions. He was also exceptionally personable and a pleasure to work with. The woman who took my payment at the time of my purchase was also incredibly personable. I even saved over $2,000 from what I was quoted at other mattress stores before visiting Bilrite. I know for a fact that they make quality Furniture as I still have an entertainment center and Rocking Chair and Ottoman that I purchased from this store 35 years ago that are still like brand new. I would definitely recommend Bilrite to anyone looking for both mattresses and other furniture and would definitely recommend asking for JD if you are specifically looking for a bed frame and mattress and pillow that are going to help you with chronic back and hip issues.

Love this store. We just made our second purchase from BiltRite, and once again we walk away so impressed. Barb, our salesperson was fantastic. She was friendly, joked around with us, and gave us her honest opinion when we asked. I also appreciated how she could explain how the furniture pieces were made, where they are made, and what to expect in regard to delivery. Everything is like a well tuned machine, working seamlessly and easy. I highly recommend shopping at BiltRite!

We once again made a purchase at Bilt Rite furniture. We find they offer excellent quality at a reasonable price. J D did a great job assisting us in picking out an adjustable mattress. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thanks for the help J D.

We don’t purchase new furniture pieces very often, but when we saw that a new sofa was no longer just a want but a definite need, we decided to shop around. The first store we visited was Biltrite —and we never made it to another store. When we walked in the door , Barry took care of us with patience and kindness as well as expertise in knowing his products. He was an excellent listener to our wants, never pushing his own agenda but at the same time gently guiding us with his professionalism. In the end, he found us the perfect sofa. We will always come to Barry for our furniture needs in the future.

This was by far my best furniture shopping experience. Unlike at other stores, I never felt pressured or like I was being followed around. I was able to browse comfortably, and when I spoke with Troy about the dimensions we were looking for, he immediately pointed us toward some great sectionals that would fit our new home perfectly. The process of finding our ideal couch was phenomenal, and we quickly narrowed it down to two options that felt exactly right. The level of customization they offer is amazing—we were able to tweak everything from the fabric (over 50 choices at no additional cost!) to the leg style, wood finish, side style, back style, and even the stitch type. I also really appreciated that Troy took the time to chat with me on a personal level rather than just focusing on the sale. That made me feel incredibly comfortable and cemented my decision to buy from BILTRITE right then and there. Anthony then stepped in to help us finalize the details, including picking out pillow styles and ottoman colors. Both Troy and Anthony were professional, easygoing, and fantastic to work with; I knew we were in good hands. We wrapped up the purchase with Kim, who was great. She gave us a clear rundown of what to expect on delivery day and double-checked that our order was absolutely correct. Between the great price and the excellent service, I know we are getting the perfect sectional and ottoman. I highly recommend BILTRITE to anyone looking for a high-quality product that will last for years. It feels great to support a local, family-owned company that offers extremely reasonable prices without any high-pressure sales tactics.
