Tonight was the first time coming to Beauty 9 Nail & Spa and it was a terrific experience. The ladies working were very detailed, kind and made you feel like a priority. Many places rush through but not here. The lady took her time, made sure my polish was perfect and that I was pleased and continually asked if I was good. They did a pedicure for an elderly vet and were amazing with him. I definitely recommend this place but reservations are preferred! I will definitely be making a reservation in the future!

I’ve been going to see Tee for about 2 years now. I always get a dip manicure and she does an AMAZING job everytime, everyone there does. Tee is very efficient, kind, funny and personable. She is always willing to work with her customers to give us what we want. She does great design work as well. Beauty 9 is great about getting you in for a nail repair in a timely manner. I’ve had a few pedis as well and they are wonderful. Highly recommend for a lovely experience. Call ahead for an appointment 💕

I always have such an amazing experience at Beauty9 Nails with Tee! Been coming to her since 2020 for my pedicures. From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed and comfortable. Tee is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. My pedicure always comes out even better than I imagine — clean, precise, and absolutely beautiful! She’s professional, friendly, and really listens to what you want. The space is clean, relaxing, and the whole appointment felt like self-care. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about their work and leaves you feeling confident, I highly recommend Beauty9 Nails. I would recommend calling ahead of time to schedule an appointment.

I’ve visited this salon several times & the first few visits to get my nails done were just ok. Nails looked good but nothing to rave about. My most recent experience tonight was enough to make me swear off pedicures forever. For starters, the foot bath water for the pedicures smelt like straight up rotten eggs. So gross. The carts they rolled over for the service were filthy. I didn’t see them open one set of new tools & all of the used tools were just tossed loosely in the cart. My towels were never changed, so my clean feet were resting on my used/dirty towels. I’ve never felt less clean or sanitary leaving a pedicure. Secondly, the man doing my pedicure talked throughout the entire service. My husband and I couldn’t even have a conversation without him interjecting. After a long day, we wanted to come out and spend some time together as a Valentine’s Day treat, and we couldn’t say two words to each other. Less than relaxing and less than ideal. He was distracted the entire time talking to everyone in the salon. The prices are also ridiculous. An extra $20 for gel on top of the $45 pedicure service. What am I paying extra for? Because it surely isn’t going towards clean tools and sanitation. Just go somewhere else. Your frustrations aren’t worth it.

Sue took me in the same day. She is kind, attentive to details, and always does a wonderful job bringing a smile to my face when I look at my new set :D The ladies working are always happy, laughing, and kind to all customers. Wonderful place.
