The pharmacy staff that worked Saturday night 2-14-26 went above and beyond staying late after they closed to make sure my wife received our daughters medication. I really appreciate you guys. Thank you and God bless you.

Probably the best pharmacy in WI ! Fast and efficient. I have never had to wait longer than 5 min. Everyone there is extremely friendly. Also, Pharmacist Alex is incredible!! He is the GOAT

I am so pleased with the service and I mean real, authentic, old-fashioned service that we got from this pharmacy and especially Alex, the pharmacist on duty when we went to have a prescription filled. I will not go into lots of detail, but in order to help my sister with her prescription, he had to make 5 phone calls and came out to talk to us all 5 times. He bent over backwards to help us get what she needed. When we went back to pick up the actual medicine later, Matthew was the pharmacist on duty. He was also very courteous, respectful and helpful. We had been treated poorly at another pharmacy earlier in the month and are VERY happy we chose to go to this Aurora pharmacy. Thank you Alex and Matthew.

This pharmacy has the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. I had dropped of a prescription on 12/6/16 at noon and my doctor sent over papers for the insurance.at 6 pm I called and my prescription still wasn't ready I asked why is wasn't ready the pharmacist said that "your prescription would have to wait until tomorrow". I asked why he said I'm not sick enough (without that med I could go into seizures) he said that.i was argumentative and that he couldn't get to it because he was on the phone. I called back several times after that and spoke with several different people and I had total different excuses for the reason they would not fill it. It is now the day after. My husband went to pick up the script they said would be ready this morning and they still did not have it ready. My husband ended up losing 3 hours of pay today and I still do not have my prescription. I hope no one else has to suffer like this....I never have been treated this poorly before. I have used Aurora pharmacy and physician for 15 years. It's so sad that I got treated this way after all this time. Good luck to you and God Bless
