Dr. Rana is great but take very close note of how long they talk to you. If you dare to speak with the provider for over 30 minutes, they will bill you $500. Non-negotiable!

My doctor works out of this site. I want to clarify that I love my doctor. It's the people who run the facility here that are a problem. On June 10th I went there for an x-ray. Prior to entering the building there was a disagreement with a man in the parking lot. He followed me into the building screaming expletives at me and threatening to get me. I said call the police more than once but they did not . When the staff behind the counter asked him to stop he turned his attention to them and screamed the same expletives. I want to clarify that he was dropping a patient off. He himself was not a patient at that day. He remained in the parking lot until I was finished with my x-ray. It made me very uncomfortable and clearly made the receptionist uncomfortable as well because she followed me to the door and watched as I left. The man watched me as I got in my car safely and drove away. Unfortunately when about an hour after I returned home, I noticed I had a flat tire. By the next morning all four of my tires were flat. The technician who replaced the tires told us that they had all been slashed. So this guy clearly did get me. He walked into the facility with a knife and walked out and slashed my tires. When I asked for assistance in getting his name to give to the police they would not do that. They cited patient confidentiality. Again he was not the patient that day. I asked for assistance in getting the security video and they would not do that either. So the Greenfield Police Department were left with my description and the report given by the technician who replaced our tires but nothing else. Months went by and nothing could be done. In failing to assist in any way, these people put my safety in jeopardy as well as the the safety of anyone else who has an exchange with this man.

Took my elderly mother-in-law to Dr. Vissat (podiatrist) and the doctor was short with her, and not personable at all. I felt like we were an annoyance to her day. Very disappointing...I won't take her back there. :(

Priti Rana is an excellent care provider. She answered all my questions and is really attentive. Any concerns you have regarding your health she is very prompt and professional. I gave this clinic 3 stars because the receptionist was very irritated and even went to the extent on hanging up on me. Super unprofessional support staff.

The phlebotomist in the lab has been extremely unprofessional and rude to myself, several members of my family, and other patients on every occasion. She gets mad that people come to get their blood drawn and she actually has to work for what she is being paid for. Her behavior is absolutely ridiculous and if I were her manager I would seriously inquire into her desire to continue in the field she is in, let alone wanting to be employed at all, because she makes it very clear she doesn't want to work. She actually protested to an entire room of patients waiting to get lab work done, "Doesn't anyone know there are other places you can go to get your blood drawn?!" Why would anyone drive to a different location when there is a lab right in the same building as our doctors??? She is clearly very lazy and she doesn't deserve her position. There are many other people out there that would love to have that job and Aurora should find them and let this rotten egg go.
