The most unprofessional group of all of the auroras I’ve been to. Not one bit of accountability. The doctor is careless and stuck up his own ass. (Second floor) find a doctor who will care for you properly instead of wasting your time and money.

I’m currently attending physical therapy at this location which Marie is my PT. Her and the other person I work with for my back pain are amazing at their job and have been so helpful. Very great attitudes also. On the other hand receptionist not at all. Very very disappointed. As it seems every time I call about a question or to schedule new appointments they have a horrible attitude with me. Today 10/12 I called about 11 am. A lady couldn’t understand her name, I believe it started with a k, I called to reschedule my appointment as a family emergency popped up. And as I asked her about it she huffed and puffed and was extremely rude, turns out I can’t even reschedule. Sadly if this business with the receptionist keeps on going, and attitudes don’t brighten up I will not continue to go to this location, which sucks as this is my second pt place I have tried. I get people have bad days, but cmon every single time I talk to you whether in person or over the phone you’re gonna huff and puff and have an attitude with me? Doesn’t slide with me. Anyways thank you to Marie and the man working with her (unsure of name) for working with me to fix my back pain and continuously making me feel welcomed and having a great attitude with me.
