I am so happy that I decided to work with Gena on my weight loss journey. She has helped me learn how to be the best me I can be. She and her staff are always pleasant and I couldn’t be happier with my results. If you’re looking to feel and look better, you need to call and get on her program. Been going to Dr Ken for seven plus years and have never felt better. Initially had a two compressed and bulging discs in my lower back and went through the decompression process and have never felt better. Great alternative to surgery. The staff is wonderful and courteous.
The Staff and facility are great. I wish I could say the same about the results. I saw the Dr. for the initial consult, once I paid the entrance fee ($3,500.00 for 24 treatments) I didn't see him again until I started asking. After 2.5 weeks of asking I finally saw him, this was after 20 treatments! There were no results up to that point so they extended my care plan and additional 6 treatments at no cost, but still no relief. The cost is pretty steep for "hopes and dreams" and when you are in chronic back pain you'll do just about anything but the decompression didn't do anything, and depending on the assistant your individual treatment can differ from one day to the next. I found them through a Facebook ad and they got me, hook, line and sinker. Your results may differ but not likely. They claim that the price is after insurance but I don't think they do anything with insurance so that should have been a red flag at the beginning. Tread lightly, ask for a detailed care plan with milestones and regular check points. I was hopeful, but hope is not a good strategy. **3/13 Edit** This is where the business owner should have thanked the customer for their review and vowed to "do better" in the future, but here we are. For new clients, most of the reviews on google are not for the Spinal Decompression (SD) portion of this business, but rather other services not related to this review. less than 20% of the reviews are related to SD, with approx. 80% being positive. The owner must have forgotten the conversation where I told him "I felt scammed" and he told me "that offends me". Either way, my review was honest and factual, your results may vary. I wish for everyone that they find the relief they are looking for.
Absolutely an awesome experience! They take the time to learn about my issues, explain more about the causes and solutions, and execute a plan. I feel so much better without any medications! It's like treating the problem instead of symptoms actually works! Thank you Dr. Chris!!!
I been a patient of Dr Ken for many years. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and has a great personality! Very easy going and always willing to take the extra time to explain things to you. He does a good job adjusting you to help alleviate whatever specific problem you're having. His entire staff is wonderful! Always upbeat and cheerful! Gena (massage therapist) does a fantastic job as well. Everyone at the office takes a genuine interest in not only your care, but you as a person. Great group of professionals! You will not be disappointed.
