I really like the Greenfield branch. It's my home location and all the employees know me by name. I appreciatethat. The mequon branch is VERY SLOW!!!! SO SLOW its aggravating! Do not go to the Mequon branch if your in a hurry!!!
Came in to get questions answered on how to close my mom's accounts since I'm the executor and the lady they sent us to couldn't have been more annoyed that we were there. Told us the first minute we were there she probably couldn't do anything for us then because what we were asking was going to be too complicated and then didn't even offer to help us make an appointment. She also threw the lady at the front desk under the bus saying that she was responsible for not getting enough information from us for her to properly help us. I can't imagine working with such an arrogant co-worker. I feet sorry for the ladies at the front counter who have to deal with her.
Branch on 76th St is the closest home. I wanted to give them a 3rd opportunity and again failed! The only good thing about this one is the ATM that works. Employees there lack of kindness and good service. No matter what day or what time counter Ladies there seems not to know what to do or what to respond when questions asked. Have multiple accounts/services with them and they said they can not find my info in the system. Really!? but surely you can process payments with info that you just said is not in the system. Maybe you ladies are just kind of racist? Because as soon as you heard us speaking non english you get confused. Is everytime I give you my ID and you read my name or my husband's or even my son's! Any other branch gives excellent service but this one. Having this branch nearby and not having the benefit of it is frustrating. Drive a bit more and visit another branch people!
Always minimal help. Moved to the area. I miss the excellent service I received in Elkhorn. Poor customer service in the Greenfield office. Every time I come here I sit and wait in the drive through AND in the lobby.
I have been with Associated for over 20 years (opened an account with First Financial back in 1995). Solid. Dependable. Friendly. Branch manager in Greenfield, Cynthia Gonzalez, does a great job of making me feel valued.
