Gluten free pasta was fantastic just a but sad it's a $3 up charge but makes sense. The place is beautiful and a great vibe. The gluten free pizza is not in this picture, but last time I got it, it was burnt but still good. Would definitely recommend.
My wife and I had such an amazing experience. Kenny was a delight to have and made one of THE BEST cocktails I’ve ever had. He made his signature peanut butter and jelly martini and it was phenomenal. Kenny created us and made us feel welcomed right away and was very easy to talk to. The food was incredible as well having ordered the focaccia bread and charcuterie board along with a few glasses of wine and the blueberry lavender mimosa. Having dined at several restaurants in Green Bay so far this blew me out of the water. The food, atmosphere, and drinks all were 5 stars.
The food was incredible. The antipasto salad was 10/10 with a homemade vinaigrette dressing. The bruschetta was so fresh and full of flavor. The pizza was out of this world. Our bartender/server Rochelle was helpful, kind, and attentive. The atmosphere was modern, comfortable, open, and beautiful. Can't wait to go back to try more on the menu. Coming from Boston, it's difficult to find good pizza in Wisconsin. But Pope's Pizza nailed it! Thank you! -Melissa & Mike (The Bostonians)
The first time I’ve been to Green Bay WI. When I travel, I look for the local spots to get lunch or dinner. Your place stood out from the photos and the reviews so I had to try it for myself. I am impressed! The mozzarella sticks and meatball sandwich was amazing! I will tell all my friends back home in Nebraska and where I live in central Missouri about this place.
I had my first visit to Pope’s Pizza in Green Bay, and it was an awesome experience! The ambience perfectly blended a coastal vibe with modern aesthetics—think floral rooftops and comfy rattan chairs. It felt inviting and fresh. We kicked off our meal with some fancy drinks that set the tone for what was to come. For food, we ordered the pesto parm fries, spicy rigatoni and roasted chicken Alfredo. Each pasta dish came with the softest, crusty breadsticks I’ve ever had—flavorful and simply delightful! The antipasto salad was a colorful medley with spring mix, salami, prosciutto, kalamata olives, red onions, green olives, banana peppers, parmesan, and feta, all tossed in a vibrant house vinaigrette. It was scrumptious! Now, onto the pizza—delicious! I especially loved the crust, which had the perfect balance of chewiness and flavor. For dessert, we tried the vanilla bean gelato with pistachio crumble affogato. It was unique, but not quite the best I’ve had. I wished the coffee flavor was a bit stronger, and I noticed a hint of freezer burn. The pistachio crumble was a bit overpowering for my taste, but that’s just a minor note. Overall, I’d rate my experience as fantastic! A big shoutout to our server, Star, who was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She took the time to explain the menu items, making our first visit even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back!
