The staff has a lot of personality. Good classic German dishes. They have some of the best beers in the world—especially from Belgium and Germany. Don’t expect a selection of German wines.

Lorelei is a great little gem. In my opinion, it’s the best fish fry in Green Bay. Outside of Lent and fish fry season, Lorelei serves up authentic and delicious German food at a great price. Better yet, they have a remarkable selection of great German, Belgian, and other European beers. Throw in the great atmosphere, and you’ve got one of the best places in town for food and a drink. It can get quite busy—so be ready to hang around the bar and have a drink or two before you grab a table.

The bar area has an excellent atmosphere and is a comfortable place to both eat and drink. Excellent selection of imported beers, especially Belgian. The food is decent but be sure to have the German potato salad. It’s outstanding! All that said, the restaurant needs more staffing. The (only?) waitress was run ragged. There were open tables but there was a waiting list to be served apparently due to a backup in the kitchen. There was only one bartender and she wasn’t very friendly. I really want to like this place, but the service needs to improve.

What a unique experience in Green Bay. This spot was recommended to us by several locals, what a gem. The beer selection was great, we had a great discussion with our barman Doug.

Went on a Friday — place was packed, of course, it’s Wisconsin fish fry night! Typical Wisconsin Friday. The whole staff was working together seamlessly — getting patrons drinks, seated quickly, and menus in hand. It was my first time here for fish fry, so I didn’t know what to expect, but I’ve got to say, everyone was on their game. The staff was polite, courteous, and efficient. Mixed drinks were great, and the food was exceptional dessert was amazing. Our waitress was professional, friendly, and funny. I’ll definitely be back — an excellent experience all around!
