Hosting live performances and gatherings in Green Bay
I purchased reserve seating ticket in the 4th row for Lynyrd Skynyrd for over 500$ All is good until the concert starts and they let people crowd the stage basically blocking the view of the front seats. Why the hell would they sell reserved seating tickets and allow 20$ ticket purchasers to flood the stage! Very disappointed.
Great venue. Bar tenders are great but the security they have are idiots 🙄. I wouldn't trust them with a daycare. They were unequipped to handle a simple drunk. Especially the one with a shaved head that carried around a litter of Pepsi and he was very rude. That being said I've seen 2 shows and all have been great
I would honestly give epic event center 0 stars if that was possible. I went to an Ole 60 concert on March 7 2026 and had the worst experience ever. Reading through other reviews just proves how terrible they treat people, then they sit there and justify everything and take no accountability or ownership of their actions. I went with a group of 6 people this night all of which including my self under the age of 21. One of our group members who really loves this band also has anxiety and takes medication for it. This band was sold out and everyone was standing shoulder to shoulder. She felt uncomfortable and started to feel sick. She left the center of the pit puked and came back and kept enjoying it, she left the pit a couple more times after this incident to use the restroom and doing her duties. The last time she went in she felt sick again went into the restroom and had puked. After she was done she walked out of the stall and there were two women (security) standing outside her stall. They then escorted her to a male. And they kicked her outside for being “intoxicated” -(i was with everyone from 4pm-2am the following day the whole time except restroom breaks i can say in that time frame none of us had a drop of alcohol with 100,000% certainty) they told her she could not find the party she came with and had to figure out how to get ahold of us. Keep in mind we were trying to enjoy one of the best bands ever. Moments later someone in our group looked at their phone and said she was kicked out of the concert. Out of frustration I left and tried to make sense of the situation, I talked with 4 people, 1 of which were supervisor of security and 1 of which were supervisor of Epic. Both proceeded to tell me with 100% certainty she was intoxicated and would not let her back in. The security supervisor threatened to kick me out because I was asking for a refund of one singular refund for an unreasonable kick out. Nor could i step out side to talk to her otherwise I would be unable to re-enter. Then an officer stepped in, I wouldnt share what happened because they arent apart of epic but if i dont share it everyone will think “oh she was intoxicated hes not sharing the full story”. So the 3 of us went out side he denied doing a breathalyzer test on her, and did not smell alcohol on her, she then passed field sobriety test. After all that they still didnt let her back in. FYI in the midst of this i miss my favorite song by them “Next to You” which made me more furious. I then am allowed back inside because i stepped out with an officer. After this i address the Epic supervisor, I then re asked if my friend could be let in and or receive a singular ticket refund for our inconvenience. He denies and states “because she puked we are under the impression she is under the influence and we have the right to kick out anyone who pukes.” I then ask the question “so where do you draw the line? You gonna kick out a kid that has leukemia because they are puking in the bathroom?” This next part was not said but in all seriousness, you going to kick out an adult who chokes on water and pukes? What about someone gets food poisoning from the crappy $5 slice of pizza. To my statement regarding someone having leukemia he answers “thats beside the point, we have the right to kick out anyone for puking.” That set me over the edge i then made the right decision to grab my group of friends and we walked out together. This is pathetic and not cool, very unethical way of operating business. Mark Skogen who owns Epic Event Center once stated in an interview "No one is ever not going to enjoy good service and kindness and friendliness. It's never going to go out of style." We will not be going here again.
What a great venue! Getting in and out was quick and easy, and the show was fantastic—Mammoth WVH with Myles Kennedy and Return to Dust absolutely delivered. We stood GA, but they also had an elevated VIP section with seating and what looked like dedicated wait service (not 100% sure, but it definitely looked nice). The sound quality was excellent, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional. And did I mention free parking? Huge bonus. I’ll definitely be back for another show at Epic!
Bought tickets for the show but when I entered no one even asks for the tickets, I just got searched by security and that was it and led right in - that was kind of strange. Security guards stole my sharpie and some lollipops I had. I had a joint it is very well inside my cigarette pack she found it and took it too. I had a meet and greet set up with the artist and I was going to give it to him. Overall it's a nice place.
