TownePlace Suites by Marriott Milwaukee Grafton

I rarely leave reviews, but we had a great stay and the staff and manager went above and beyond and wanted to let others know. First, we had a room on the east side and it was quite, comfortable and we slept great. We decided to use the nice grills and patio one evening to make ourselves dinner and enjoy the weather. The front desk person got us grilling utensils and got the grill fired up for us. We made great use of the full size refrigerator and kitchen and made a few nice meals in addition to our grill pork chops. On our last morning I loaded the dishwasher with the dished and utensils provided with the room. I accidentally put a small paring knife, that has great sentimental value to my girlfriend, in the dishwasher, and then we checked out and it was left there. We realized my mistake a day or two later after we were no longer in the area. Thankfully, Mia was able to track it down, package it up and ship it back to us. Thanks Mia! We will definitely stay at TownePlace Suites again the next time we come back to the Port Washington/Grafton area.

great experience. Every staff interaction was amazing. Jordan was incredibly kind and helpful when booking and went above and beyond to get us adjoining rooms for our family Christmas celebration. Check-in was smooth, and they even accommodated an early check-in sooner than expected. The pool was clean and fun for the kids, and the continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for everyone. Top-notch customer service from start to finish—highly recommend!

The first night was noisy from the freeway, but they gave us a quiet room for the second night. The friendly staff was very accommodating. Robin, the manager, was great to visit with.. all in all we will probably stay there again.
