Brad is the man! No stain is too tough for him! He was on time, super friendly, and very thorough. I could tell from the start he doesn't mess around when it comes to his craft. If carpet cleaning was in the Olympics, Brad from P & R would be taking dubs for sure. I will be recommending P & R's services to all my friends!

I wouldn't hesitate to call P & R cleaning for service. We had a major flood this past spring (never had water in our basement prior) with 7" throughout our finished basement. Joe answered our call immediately and helped us throughout our entire ordeal. The water lasted several days. He made sure we had several pumps going and checked in regularly. We had our plumber on site (which we have used for 20 years) checking things and after a couple days they ghosted us without a word. Thankfully, Joe connected us to another plumber who was able to finish the work. After the water had finally stopped, Joe & team came in, dried everything out, tore out everything that was damaged (a lot!), and made things as clean as possible. Throughout the process Joe & team were incredibly thoughtful, respectful & kind. Joe advocated for us through the insurance process as well. I cannot say enough about how grateful we were/are to P & R, Joe & his team for helping us through a difficult time.

We are so happy we decided to have our carpets cleaned by P&R. Friendly and informative from the moment we scheduled them. They showed up exactly on time and the results were phenomenal. We have used P & R for our general carpet cleaning and always love their work! I called P & R this time to remove a coffee stain from our white carpet. It didn’t come out fully with the first treatment, but P & R came back without hesitation and successfully removed it with a second treatment. Evan, our technician was thorough, friendly, and professional.
