This was my favorite eye exam and buying new glasses experience maybe ever. Vernette and Dr. Decker were absolutely wonderful. Glasses are expensive, and I really rely upon staff to help me find my best looking choice and best bang for my buck. Special shoutout to Brea for keeping it fun. Huge thank you.

Brieann paid attention to details and helped me find and price the perfect pair of glasses. She listened carefully for what I needed. The eye exam was very thorough and no one tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need.

When it came time to pick out frames, I wasn’t sure what would suit my face best. The woman helping me (I believe she was the manager) was incredibly helpful. She went beyond the few I initially selected and kept bringing out additional options until we found the perfect fit. It really felt like she genuinely cared about helping me choose the right frames.

My new glasses broke and I was a long way from home. Stopped into Wisconsin Vision in Grafton, WI and Brieann and Lori put them back together for me so I could see what lane I was driving in on the way home. Brieann and Lori were so helpful and refused to charge me for the help they gave me. These are great folks at Wisconsin Vision, at least in Grafton, and once they put the glasses back on my face I could see how organized and clean their store was. Nice experience.
