We adopted our chihuahua/pomeranian mix, Skip, from Tailwaggers in 2023. The rescue was great to work with from start to finish. We received a quick response after submitting an application and the application process was well explained to us. Scheduling a visit with the foster for Skip was easy and we had a blast meeting with her and learning all about Skip before bringing him home. It was nice that the foster worked with Skip on many important skills like house training and crate training as this made his transition to our home so much easier! We had a few week trial period with him where we kept in touch with the foster and then officially adopted him! He has been the BEST addition to our household and we are so grateful for Tailwaggers bringing him into our lives!

We just adopted our 10th dog (throughout the years) - this one from Tailwaggers 911 Rescue, our first experience with them. They were phenomenal, definitely the best rescue we’ve worked with. They’re caring, compassionate and do a fantastic job communicating throughout the process. We just love our new little guy - Kipper!

Tailwaggers made the entire process of adopting our Zoey so smooth! Filling out an online application was very straightforward, they helped to find a match that was perfect fit for our family, they communicated well about pick up and we knew exactly what to expect. The in-home interview and final paperwork were again very straightforward and easy to manage. Now we are just enjoying all the snuggles and love from our sweet girl!

I could not speak more highly of the adoption process/experience we have had with Tailwaggers 911 Dog Rescue. From the adoption application to the foster to adopt process it was very clear that they care deeply about the animals and where they are going. I have rescued from several organizations in the past (all of which were great!) but Tailwaggers has been the very best. We just adopted Max from the February transport and couldn't be happier to have him in our family now!
