rude staff that look at you sideways when you reiterate your order at the window when they get it wrong and blame it on their “bad speaker” even though my order was repeated back to me at the speaker perfectly. accountability is key with any employment that has anything to do with customer service and this specific staffing at this location has none.
Went through the drive-thru today with my dog because it was too hot to bring him inside and asked for a pup cup. The employee asked if I was buying anything, and when I said no, she replied, “Unfortunately I can’t do that, you have to buy something first.” Imagine losing a potential lifelong customer over a small cup of whipped cream that costs pennies. A simple “No problem, see you at the window” would’ve created goodwill and future business. Instead, the interaction felt cold, corporate, and unnecessarily transactional. Local coffee shops understand customer service better than this.
⭐️edit : ⸻ The staff here are always amazing—friendly, welcoming, and they really make the experience enjoyable every time I come in. This has honestly been one of my favorite Starbucks locations. However, I was really disappointed with my drink today. I ordered a dragon drink with light ice, but it was filled with water instead. The drink ended up being extremely diluted, to the point where it tasted like almost all water and barely any flavor. “Light ice” means less ice, not adding extra water to replace it. Because of this experience, I honestly don’t feel like coming back, which is disappointing considering how much I’ve liked this location before. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Starbucks location! The service is always very fast — my beverage was ready quickly even during a busy time. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s a smaller space inside, but that actually makes it feel cozy and comfortable. Perfect spot to grab a coffee and relax for a bit. Definitely one of my favorite locations! ☕️
Every time I come here, the workers are so nice, helpful, efficient, and make consistently good drinks! Shout out to the middle aged woman with the real short hair, I swear she takes my order every time and knows what's up. Keep up the great work and customer service!!
I really like the Starbucks location. It was very clean in the inside and the staff was really nice. I got a pumpkin spice chai and it was really good. I also got a Venti Matcha latte and it was also really good. The atmosphere was really good in the inside it was a medium level of noise, but overall it wasn’t that bad. There was very cute cups and they made our drink drinks moderately fast.
