I've been a member of this church since I was a young child, and now I attend with my family. The church is led by a strong team of pastors who are truly excellent speakers. The sermons are so wonderful. St. Paul offers many different opportunities to worship....Saturday, Sunday, Monday, outdoor, online, traditional, and contemporary. Surely something for everybody. Thank you Pastor Anderson and Pastor Schultz!
I was a 13 year girl when the head of the school, Mr. Yurk, threatened to call the cops for being on the property for something completely unreasonable. This was because I went to see my old school friends after hours because I left St. Paul a year beforehand. After the fact, I got reprimanded for being sociable. This lead to me being unfairly banned from the school and the park. Even though I saw many people using the park after hours, I wasn’t allowed. These type of restrictions are unacceptable and unreasonable especially for a thirteen year old. Long story short, St. Paul is the type of school that would call the cops on a thirteen year old girl who did nothing to deserve such an extreme action.
We have been at this church for almost 3 years and our 13 year old daughter left this school for a different one. Because she was no longer paying for their schooling they threatened to call the cops on her on Sunday mass. Really call the cops on a 13 year old girl? Wow not only are you being unfair, you're also being anything but Lutheran.
Our family has been a part of this church and schooling system for almost 10 years. I was baptized here, and so were the rest of my family members. The amount of disrespect I have seen from Mr. Yurk and Pastor Cruz is beyond comprehendable. After spending thousands of dollars, we don't even get a prayer request for members of our family who are sick or near death? We are discontinuing our relationship with this "house of worship." I suggest those who feel the same do as we do.
Wish I could afford to send all of my kids here full time, as this place is very nice and the staff are just excellent. The programs are Christ centered and several of my kids went through their 4K program and it is awesome! Highly recommend, the school is very nice, we've also gone to the church a few times.
