Great experience with this group! They were fast, responsive, and also very professional and pleasant! I found out another local business users them regularly and they could not stop praising their work. I agree and look forward to future projects. Thanks so much Sara! You guys are wonderful!!!

I only gave 5 stars because I couldn't give 11 stars. I had an idea for shirts for a friend's outdoor food vendor business, but I only had 1 week to do it, and that was slashed by a 4-day Friday, July 4 holiday, and unheard of for UPS to not deliver on July 3rd. I printed what I could in Word, and brought it to a mega Mequon printer - but rather than quick service, 3 days later, he said 2 weeks were needed, and sent an "AI generated" design using my Word fonts (yuck). I did another Google search, not for Ozaukee County, but for Grafton, and this time found Silk Screening Specialists. Wow! I was genuinely greeted by Katie -- a 180-degree +++attitude / experience difference from mega-store. I explained my ideas, order size, and sizes, and to use her professional judgement. I went home but came back in 30 minutes (see below) and she already had the design done, with the stylized font for ASIAN -- which was dramatic! Katie gave me a Genuine "AI generated" design, using ACTUAL INTELLIGENCE. Luckily, Katie had 2 blank Ts to give me a sample print -- that I picked up the next morning (July 3rd)! The reason on Day 1, that I came back in a 1/2 hour was to see if they did poster boards. Nope, but, she referred me to nearby CKC Graphics in Graton, which was outstanding. The next morning, I called Katie to ask her to send the font names to CKC -- but she had already contacted CKC and sent the fonts hours earlier! The result of Silk Screening working with CKC was a great 2'x4' poster board (see pic). And CKC worked miracles to meet the deadline. Over the holiday weekend, I pondered the sample shirt, and thought of arching letters to accent ASIAN. I left it to Katie and Sara's (owner) judgment. Later that day, I picked up the shirts and was blown away by the fantastic final design. And so was the food vendor crew, and Sandy -- especially with her favorite color, purple, and matching the shirts and signs. And yes, the price was fair and reasonable, especially with the quick turnaround. In today's deplorable business "online" environment, lacking any concept of customer "service," and this AI nonsense, Silk Screen Specialists, with ACTUAL Intelligence, and treating people the way they want to/should be treated (you know, that long forgotten Golden Rule), Silk Screen wins. Just as 3,037 years ago (1012 BC) David beat Goliath with a slingshot, today Mega-Store was soundly beaten by Katie-Sara with smiles, brains, and genuine customer SERVICE. Thank you!!! P.S. Did I forget to mention that Silk Screening Specialists gave 11-star service?

Hi all, Sara here from silk screen specialists. I recently became aware of some older reviews when a recent customer asked where they could leave a positive review because of the great service they received. Feel free to read all the reviews of my business. I too could write paragraphs on Trisha and her sister Lisa. Many details have been left out, the most important was that they were given the option to leave their t shirt with me, not be charged for them and leave my store. I never want a customer to be dissatisfied with their order. I've been in business over 23 years in the same location, I should know better. When someone takes over three months and in excess of 27 email conversations, multiple art changes because their teenage niece is a budding graphic designer, and so much more, I should kindly say I might not be the business for you. They also reported me to a consumer complaint division of a local TV station. After my correspondence with the TV station they would not take up their claim. I'm proud to run a small business in a town where I was born and raised and I can assure you that if these claims were true, word would get around and I'd no longer be in business. I love my customers and my staff and I continually go the extra mile to make sure they are pleased with their orders. I had another small business owner give me a great piece of advise early on in my career. "there are some people who will refused to be pleased" That is true, but has never stopped us from trying! Feel free to call, email, or stop in. I can assure you the police will never be necessary!

My business T's tanks & sweatshirts are high quality and last forever. The professional personal service I have received throughout the years has been impeccable. The staff there is very knowledgeable kind and always very accommodating.
