It's been a few years since my last eye exam and knew it was time to find an optical store. My experience at Shopko Optical in Grafton was amazing. The store is clean and the natural lighting was awesome. The staff was top notch, taking care of me quickly, efficiently and professionally; while friendly and jovial. They did a fantastic job matching me with new frames and a new look. I would recommend them highly, and even if you have to drive a little bit to get there, they are worth the Optical experience!

Super experience! Kevin was incredbly helpful when helping me select frames and while explaining various options. Dr. Boente was exceptional in sharing information, offering helpful suggestions, and providing a most positive experience. I highly recommend Grafton Shopko Optical. Both Kevin and Dr. Boente were outstanding! Thank you.

Wendy was so helpful in helping me with my new glasses. She explained everything clearly and made sure I selected features that were right for me. She also was also so nice and patient with me. My experience was wonderful and I would definitely recommend Wendy and Shopko to everyone!

We were helped by Kevin and Dr. Boente for our eye exam and getting our new glasses, both were very helpful. I was particularly nervous at first for being way overdue but they made it an exciting experience, both were warm, welcoming and kind to us. They were also patient and knowledgeable with our decision making for the glasses that are right for us, we recommend going!
