Yesterday, I needed some posters printed, and I needed them quickly (quicker than the website said they'd be ready). I called, spoke to Olivia, and she said she'd be able to get them done in time. When I called to check up on the status mid-day, I spoke to another helpful woman on the phone who took my number, checked on the status, and called me back (so I didn't have to wait on the phone!) to let me know they'd be done in time. And they were! Thank you so much for helping me in a bind!!

One of the employees here, should not work with the public. He is rude and inconsiderate. Enough said... Corporate, I know it's hard finding and keeping good employees these days, but when a person is a definite detriment to your overall success, sometimes it's best to remove those type of employees from your corporate ecosystem, for the betterment of all. This review only pertains to the OfficeMax store in Grafton, WI.

I was disappointed in the printing job I had done here. I was trying to go through the website but the image was coming across very blurry and was cutting off some of the images so I called the store and wound up emailing the image but gave them the information I had from the website - 28 lb standard white paper that was recommended for the trifold brochure I needed to print. The website quoted me $37.50 but they charged me $49 when I picked it up and called it "counter pricing" since I had emailed it in instead of going through the website (because of the technical issues). At no point was I told there was a pricing difference. The folding on the trifolds was also sloppy. They didn't adjust the feeder on the folding machine well enough and it came out folded very sloppy so that I had to refold them all by hand. The paper was also very cracked on the edges. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the product.

I had a great experience with Aaron, the store manager at the OfficeMax location in Grafton Wisconsin. Aaron helped me with a desk today, making sure everything worked on the desk, such as the outlets and phone charger connections, also, he offered to help load the desk on my trailer when I pick it up. His interaction with his employees and with customers is exceptional and I would highly recommend this store for purchasing office furniture or any other merchandise. Sincerely, David Waite

I was double charged for the single item I bought yesterday. I didn't notice until I checked my bank account - my bad. I'll take more notice in the future for sure.
