Excellent first-time experience at Midas! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding, and the team made the entire repair process smooth and stress-free. We were especially impressed with the same-day vehicle repair and how upfront they were about all pricing and recommendations. A huge thank you to Matt for being genuinely kind and extremely helpful, throughout the process. We truly appreciate Zach, who went above and beyond by providing us with a courtesy ride home after we dropped off the vehicle. They also helped us save money by applying an incredible discount available on their website that we didn’t even know about, which we truly appreciated. It’s refreshing to find an auto repair shop that values honesty, efficiency, and customer care all in one place. Highly recommend! Thank you, Gentlemen!

Took my teen son's car in recently for service here. Love that they have an online appointment request option on their website. It made it easy for me to schedule the car on the weekend when they were closed for service during the upcoming week. Got a confirmation email regarding my appointment and follow-up text reminder so I wouldn't forget. Once I arrived, was greeted by three separate guys working there. One out in the parking lot as I was walking in. Another who was taking a call as I walked in, acknowledged me and said he'd just be a minute and then a third who came in from the back and was able to help me right away. He pulled my appointment up immediately on the computer and had all of the details I explained in my appointment message right in front of him regarding what service I wanted done. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I told several people about my experience afterwards and told them to go there if they needed service. Thank you to the guys at Midas for performing exceptional customer service!

I cannot thank the crew at the Grafton Midas enough, specifically my technician, Alex. I had to bring my truck last minute for an alignment, and despite the job turning out to be quite complex and demanding, they didn't bat an eye. Alex and the shop crew took the time to handle the complicated work thoroughly and professionally, ensuring everything was done completely right rather than rushing through it. The entire crew was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and focused on top-tier customer service. It’s rare to find a shop so willing to dedication-focus on a tough job when a schedule gets tight. I will absolutely be bringing my business back here. Thank you, Alex and the Grafton team!
