Took my teen son's car in recently for service here. Love that they have an online appointment request option on their website. It made it easy for me to schedule the car on the weekend when they were closed for service during the upcoming week. Got a confirmation email regarding my appointment and follow-up text reminder so I wouldn't forget. Once I arrived, was greeted by three separate guys working there. One out in the parking lot as I was walking in. Another who was taking a call as I walked in, acknowledged me and said he'd just be a minute and then a third who came in from the back and was able to help me right away. He pulled my appointment up immediately on the computer and had all of the details I explained in my appointment message right in front of him regarding what service I wanted done. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I told several people about my experience afterwards and told them to go there if they needed service. Thank you to the guys at Midas for performing exceptional customer service!
