Cornerstone Community Bank in Grafton has been our bank for over 20 years and we could not be happier! Their personalized service is top notch. Whether it's a mortgage loan, auto loan, or our checking & savings accounts, these folks have always taken the best care of our financial needs. I wanted to thank Pat, Sonia, Underwriting and everyone at Cornerstone for the most uneventful loan process I have ever been through. You started with a great rate and low closing costs and followed it up with keeping all your promises, staying on schedule and closing on the date scheduled. No surprises! I'm a planner and a worrier. I plan for the worst case scenario but not one bad thing happened during this whole process. Pat was phenomenal, courteous, thorough and pleasant to deal with. For over a year now, I have had the great good fortune to get to know, and work with, the expert staff and ownership at this gem of a bank. Everything that we expect from a locally-owned, community-centered bank has been brought to bare on the difficult process of helping my aging parents (and our family) navigate the complex Medicaid financial reporting process. Above and beyond does not even begin to encapsulate the deep and productive response - over and over - that Cornerstone has provided me - long distance, in Connecticut - and my parents who still live in Cedarburg. If I lived anywhere near this bank, they would have all of my business! If you live anywhere near Cornerstone, take my advice and connect with this singular financial institution.
