I appreciate this dental office for not pushing services on you like other places do. They ask you if everything is going well and they examine your mouth health obviously, but I was told by another Grafton dental office 7 years ago that I absolutely needed 4 crowns right away. That's when I went to Grafton Family Dentistry for a 3nd opinion and they said it wasn't necessary and to this day, I still have no crowns in my mouth. They have friendly staff that accommodate your comfort requests and they actually have options that other offices no longer offer. I prefer them using that manual tools to scrape plaque off my teeth vs that nasty machine that screeches like nails on a chalkboard. The only thing is that they are so popular that it is challenging to get in twice a year. But they do what they can to help get you in. Overall, I would highly recommend this office if they accept new patients.
