I appreciate this dental office for not pushing services on you like other places do. They ask you if everything is going well and they examine your mouth health obviously, but I was told by another Grafton dental office 7 years ago that I absolutely needed 4 crowns right away. That's when I went to Grafton Family Dentistry for a 3nd opinion and they said it wasn't necessary and to this day, I still have no crowns in my mouth.
They have friendly staff that accommodate your comfort requests and they actually have options that other offices no longer offer. I prefer them using that manual tools to scrape plaque off my teeth vs that nasty machine that screeches like nails on a chalkboard.
The only thing is that they are so popular that it is challenging to get in twice a year. But they do what they can to help get you in.
Overall, I would highly recommend this office if they accept new patients.

Got me in quickly when I had an issue last year and recommended a great oral surgeon when it turned out I needed a root canal. Same when my daughter needed braces. No complaints at all and the prices are very reasonable!
Show moreI had not been to a dentist in something like 15 years - i had braces for like 8 years so when those came off i didn't want anything to do with dentists. Needed multiple cleanings and had some other issues. They were considerate and i didn't feel judged at all. I moved out of state for about 2 years and coming back i didn't even think about going anywhere else.
Show moreGreat Experience. I hadn't been to a dentist in a decade or so, and I'm glad I found this one. I'm paying cash and they gave me a great deal. Dr. Winter took the proper time to tell me what he was thinking about the issues I had. He took the mirror and showed me exactly what was happening. The desk agent was super friendly and even recommended the Dr that worked on her kids. I'm going back to get more stuff done and I'm hoping for more of what I already found.
