Serving signature burgers and frozen custard until midnight daily
I only go to this location out of convenience but they consistently mess something up with my order, and the custard is almost always melted custard soup when I get it. I think they need to turn the temperature dial down a bit on their freezers.
Been a Culver’s fan ever since i first had it with my buddy back in 2017, Im from Houston and the closest one is like 40 mins but its so so so worth the drive
I used to love this Culver’s location and Culver’s in general. But recently this location really has gone downhill. Going through the drive thru to get custard, being pulled ahead, and sitting there for 20 plus minutes. Both times this happened within the last month, I had to call to be sure we were not forgotten since multiple cars had gotten much larger orders behind us before us. Last time after waiting all that time, our chicken tenders were sadly forgotten. Just again tonight, we patiently waited for our 2 small/mini concrete mixers and a small fry. 20 plus minutes came and went. I called and they said they were having an issue with their vanilla ice cream coming out. I totally understand that happening as it is out of the workers control, but that, to me, seems like something you mention at time of order. When we got our mixers, they were runny as if they had been forgotten to be brought out. Many cars who got their order that were behind us got their concrete mixers ahead of us, so unless they were handing out runny concrete mixers to all customers, I fear we were forgotten again. The small fry we ordered was also cold. So I’m so sad to say that I would 10/10 NOT recommend this place unless you plan to spend your evening waiting for a small order wondering if you were forgotten again for cold subpar food.
Grafton Culvers was as spectacular as the Port Washington Culvers i reviewed. I look at Culvers restaurants as the step between typical fast food places and decent sit down family restaurants. Culvers isn't cheap by any means, but cheaper than "ya gotta have a reservation place". Plus you can factor in the dessert side of the business, no one says you can't just have ice cream for a meal!! My deluxe double bacon cheese burger with fries and o rings was perfect and mom ate all of her strawberry salad so I know that was good!!! A fountain drink for us both, sat in a clean booth and enjoyed watching traffic go by in busy Grafton. Unfortunately no room for dessert, but they'll be other days. Great job Grafton Culvers!!!!
Ordered carryout in advance to pick up at 530 pm on Friday, the food was not ready until 6pm. When I inquired about the wait with a young man at the counter he told me “it’s a Friday”. There also seem to be lot of employees working but many of them standing around. The owner should consider either removing the carryout option, or be realistic as to when people can actually expect to pick up their food. Another employee was honest that they “prioritize drive thru and dine in”. Food was great! Carryout service specifically is what I would avoid.
