Normally, I make it a point to go out of my way and choose smaller enterprises, but this particular ordeal left me rather disappointed. I called to inquire about placing the business name on signs for the new business that I have been planning to start, and the individual who answered the call was completely rude and un_helpful. Instead of responding to my questions and pointing out my options, I was met with attitude and indifference as if the fact that I was running a business was of no consequence to them. In addition to that, the rates were obscene— some of the worst rates I have ever experienced. It honestly felt like a business that might be going under, capitalizing off of charging as much as they can to new customers. Honestly, if this is what is felt from even the initial phone call, I can only imagine what it might be like to be actually be working together.
